Company Introduction

Jin Da Xiang Iron & Steel was established in the heavy industrial area of southern Taiwan in 1987. Over the past 40 years, it has steadily developed into a comprehensive steel supplier, meeting diverse steel demands of its customers. In 2021, to further cater to the varied steel needs of its clientele, Yu Shan Iron & Steel Industrial Co., Ltd. was established. Presently, our steel inventory includes a wide range of products such as H-beams, steel plates, general profiles, cold/hot-rolled steel coils, pickled coils, galvanized coils, and patterned coils.

Our steel supply serves industries spanning from construction, machinery parts manufacturing, automotive stamping parts, general engineering applications, to retail channels. We play the roles of both end-user suppliers and large-scale distributors. Looking ahead, we aim to establish a pipe-making plant in Pingtung to more comprehensively meet the steel demands of our customers.

History

Jin Da Xiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989 in Daliao Township, Kaohsiung, by Mr. Pan Jinrong, starting from scratch with the principles of “diligence” and “integrity.” As the company expanded, it relocated twice and currently operates its headquarters in the DafaIndustrial Zone of Kaohsiung, boasting vast land and inventory. Actively expanding into international markets, the company operates globally. To accommodate business growth, Yu Shan Iron & Steel Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2019, purchasing 3000 square meters of land in the Dafa Industrial Zone. It focuses on setting up steel coil leveling lines to enhance customer service, introducing the latest automatic processing production machinery from various countries, and realizing the goal of “high convenience, high quality, and low cost.”

Both Jin Da Xiang and Yu Shan are distributors and partners of major steel mills domestically and internationally, including CSC, Feng Hsin Steel, Hyundai Steel, POSCO, Nippon Steel, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal, and JFE.

Advantage & Service

Since its establishment, Jin Da Xiang has become one of the major distributors of Feng Hsin Steel domestically. Similarly, Yu Shan officially became one of CSC’s distributors in 2022. Domestic steel mills are one of our main sources of steel, supplemented by overseas sources including Japan, South Korea, China, and Europe, enabling us to provide customers with a competitive advantage in steel supply through diverse sources.

To accelerate industrial upgrading and integrate customer needs, Jin Da Xiang and Yu Shan have concurrently set up multiple processing lines, including drilling/punching, sawing, grooving for profiles, cutting, bending, drilling for steel plates. In 2021, Yu Shan completed the setup of steel coil cutting and slitting lines. As of now, we have completed the installation of processing equipment for the entire inventory range, hoping to provide processing services to customers while purchasing steel from Jin Da Xiang/Yu Shan.
